# Live Mobile vs NDI HX Camera

The clearest difference is rating: NDI HX Camera at 4.4 against Live Mobile's 3.0. NDI HX Camera also leads on ratings volume (530 vs 7). Live Mobile's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (42% vs 11%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NDI HX Camera sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Live Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

NDI HX Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NDI HX Camera has 530 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Live Mobile's written reviews are positive against 11% of NDI HX Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
