# Fotoframe Pro vs Photo Prints+

Fotoframe Pro and Photo Prints+ both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 53% of Photo Prints+'s written reviews are positive against 0% of Fotoframe Pro's. Photo Prints+ also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). Fotoframe Pro's advantage is iOS requirement (12 vs 15.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fotoframe Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Photo Prints+ has 111K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Fotoframe Pro's written reviews are positive against 53% of Photo Prints+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fotoframe Pro ships an update every 7 months, Photo Prints+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
