# Ultimate Gamepad vs PC Remote

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ultimate Gamepad at none against PC Remote's 8. Ultimate Gamepad also leads on review sentiment (41% vs 33%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.6). PC Remote's advantage is rating (3.2 vs 2.7) and update cadence (monthly vs every 23 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PC Remote sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Ultimate Gamepad asks for nothing beyond the download.

PC Remote holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 86 and 301 respectively.
