# Lumosity vs Crablearn

The clearest difference is ads: Crablearn at none against Lumosity's shown. Lumosity's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 11 months) and chart position (#80 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lumosity sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Crablearn sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lumosity ships an update weekly, Crablearn every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
