The clearest difference is update cadence: Forma Training at every 2 months against PBOX's every 6 months. Forma Training also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 11.0). PBOX's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Forma Training ships an update every 2 months, PBOX every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
