# Log vs LogIt

The clearest difference is update cadence: Log at every 4 weeks against LogIt's every 3 months. LogIt's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Log sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and LogIt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Log ships an update every 4 weeks, LogIt every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
