# Kegel Trainer PFM Exercises vs Adherence

The clearest difference is update cadence: Adherence at every 2 days against Kegel Trainer PFM Exercises's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kegel Trainer PFM Exercises sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 3 months and Adherence sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
