# Noos vs MSN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Noos at 92% against MSN's 38%. Noos also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). MSN's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 1.7) and ratings volume (124K vs 3). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noos sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and MSN sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MSN holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MSN has 124K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Noos's written reviews are positive against 38% of MSN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Noos ships an update every 5 weeks, MSN every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
