# Pilates ProWorks vs Síclo

The clearest difference is rating: Síclo at 4.9 against Pilates ProWorks's 3.0. Síclo also leads on ratings volume (440 vs 2) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). Pilates ProWorks's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (60% vs 49%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Síclo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month. Pilates ProWorks asks for nothing beyond the download.

Síclo holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Síclo has 440 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Pilates ProWorks's written reviews are positive against 49% of Síclo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pilates ProWorks ships an update every 6 weeks, Síclo every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
