# inbox.lv vs Smart

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Smart at none against inbox.lv's 1. Smart also leads on review sentiment (65% vs 34%). inbox.lv's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. inbox.lv sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Smart asks for nothing beyond the download.

inbox.lv holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 239 and 691 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of inbox.lv's written reviews are positive against 65% of Smart's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

inbox.lv ships an update fortnightly, Smart every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
