# TriAngles vs EmojiNation 2

TriAngles and EmojiNation 2 both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 65% of EmojiNation 2's written reviews are positive against 0% of TriAngles's. EmojiNation 2 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TriAngles sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EmojiNation 2 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TriAngles holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EmojiNation 2 has 55 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of TriAngles's written reviews are positive against 65% of EmojiNation 2's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TriAngles ships an update every 3 months, EmojiNation 2 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
