# Transavia vs Eurowings

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Transavia at 15.1 against Eurowings's 17.0. On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Transavia holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4.3K and 4.7K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Transavia's written reviews are positive against 42% of Eurowings's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Transavia ships an update every 3 weeks, Eurowings monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
