# Transavia vs AirHelp・Flight Tracker

The clearest difference is monetization model: Transavia at free against AirHelp・Flight Tracker's free with in-app purchases. Transavia also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and ratings volume (4.2K vs 377). AirHelp・Flight Tracker's advantage is review sentiment (58% vs 35%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Transavia holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Transavia has 4.2K ratings behind it against 377, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Transavia's written reviews are positive against 58% of AirHelp・Flight Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Transavia ships an update every 3 weeks, AirHelp・Flight Tracker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
