# Bowhunter Specials vs SIG CONNECT

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SIG CONNECT at 53% against Bowhunter Specials's 22%. SIG CONNECT also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bowhunter Specials sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year and SIG CONNECT sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SIG CONNECT holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SIG CONNECT has 712 ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 22% of Bowhunter Specials's written reviews are positive against 53% of SIG CONNECT's.

Bowhunter Specials ships an update every 6 months, SIG CONNECT every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
