# Wizz Air vs GLOBALCELL

The clearest difference is rating: Wizz Air at 4.8 against GLOBALCELL's 3.0. Wizz Air also leads on ratings volume (27K vs 2). GLOBALCELL's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (50% vs 28%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wizz Air holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wizz Air has 27K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Wizz Air's written reviews are positive against 50% of GLOBALCELL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wizz Air ships an update every 3 weeks, GLOBALCELL weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
