# Cute CUT vs PR

The clearest difference is ads: PR at none against Cute CUT's shown. PR also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cute CUT sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PR sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cute CUT ships an update monthly, PR every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
