# Yandex Direct vs МТС Optimus

The clearest difference is rating: Yandex Direct at 4.6 against МТС Optimus's 1.0. Yandex Direct also leads on ratings volume (193 vs 3). МТС Optimus's advantage is review sentiment (76% vs 48%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yandex Direct holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yandex Direct has 193 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Yandex Direct's written reviews are positive against 76% of МТС Optimus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Yandex Direct ships an update every 3 weeks, МТС Optimus fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
