# 中国移动（手机营业厅） vs EC Ruler

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EC Ruler at 100% against 中国移动（手机营业厅）'s 26%. EC Ruler also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). 中国移动（手机营业厅）'s advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (41K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

中国移动（手机营业厅） holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 中国移动（手机营业厅） has 41K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of 中国移动（手机营业厅）'s written reviews are positive against 100% of EC Ruler's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

中国移动（手机营业厅） ships an update every 4 weeks, EC Ruler every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
