# SCS Pro vs UniCam

The clearest difference is rating: UniCam at 4.5 against SCS Pro's 3.5. UniCam also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (51 vs 14). SCS Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 13) and review sentiment (50% vs 33%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UniCam sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. SCS Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

UniCam holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 51 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of SCS Pro's written reviews are positive against 33% of UniCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
