# Ralphs vs All About Local

The clearest difference is review sentiment: All About Local at 75% against Ralphs's 14%. All About Local also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Ralphs's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (62K vs 14). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ralphs holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ralphs has 62K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Ralphs's written reviews are positive against 75% of All About Local's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ralphs ships an update weekly, All About Local monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
