# Ralphs vs Ralph's Online

The clearest difference is rating: Ralphs at 4.7 against Ralph's Online's 3.3. Ralphs also leads on ratings volume (62K vs 12) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). Ralph's Online's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ralphs holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ralphs has 62K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Ralphs's written reviews are positive against 20% of Ralph's Online's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ralphs ships an update weekly, Ralph's Online every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
