# Fonts Manager vs My Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: My Widgets at 4.6 against Fonts Manager's 3.6. My Widgets also leads on ratings volume (353 vs 93). Fonts Manager's advantage is review sentiment (64% vs 51%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fonts Manager sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and My Widgets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Widgets holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 93 and 353 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Fonts Manager's written reviews are positive against 51% of My Widgets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fonts Manager ships an update every 4 months, My Widgets every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
