# Полиглот 16 vs Lim English

The clearest difference is rating: Полиглот 16 at 4.9 against Lim English's 3.7. Полиглот 16 also leads on ratings volume (844 vs 3). Lim English's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Полиглот 16 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Lim English sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Полиглот 16 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Полиглот 16 has 844 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Полиглот 16 ships an update every 5 months, Lim English every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
