# Полиглот 16 vs Сфера

The clearest difference is update cadence: Сфера at every 3 weeks against Полиглот 16's every 5 months. Сфера also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Полиглот 16's advantage is ratings volume (833 vs 8). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Полиглот 16 sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Сфера sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Полиглот 16 against 5.0 for Сфера. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Полиглот 16 has 833 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 71% of Полиглот 16's written reviews are positive against 100% of Сфера's.

Полиглот 16 ships an update every 5 months, Сфера every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
