# اقرأ لي vs Kitabi

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Kitabi at 100% against اقرأ لي's 44%. Kitabi also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). اقرأ لي's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 6) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. اقرأ لي sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Kitabi sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

اقرأ لي holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: اقرأ لي has 4.5K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of اقرأ لي's written reviews are positive against 100% of Kitabi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

اقرأ لي ships an update fortnightly, Kitabi every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
