# Stark Dumbbell vs ReadyVax

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stark Dumbbell at every 2 months against ReadyVax's every 25 months. Stark Dumbbell also leads on ratings volume (503 vs 7). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stark Dumbbell holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stark Dumbbell has 503 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Stark Dumbbell's written reviews are positive against 75% of ReadyVax's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stark Dumbbell ships an update every 2 months, ReadyVax every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
