# BambooHR vs AMP Park

The clearest difference is rating: BambooHR at 4.7 against AMP Park's 1.2. BambooHR also leads on review sentiment (26% vs 5%) and ratings volume (13K vs 267). AMP Park's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BambooHR holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BambooHR has 13K ratings behind it against 267, so its average is the more settled of the two.
