# CINC Agent vs Batterbee Roofing

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Batterbee Roofing at 100% against CINC Agent's 43%. Batterbee Roofing also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). CINC Agent's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (805 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CINC Agent holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CINC Agent has 805 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of CINC Agent's written reviews are positive against 100% of Batterbee Roofing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CINC Agent ships an update every 3 weeks, Batterbee Roofing every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
