# CINC Agent vs TruLookup®

The clearest difference is monetization model: CINC Agent at free against TruLookup®'s subscription. CINC Agent also leads on ratings volume (796 vs 6). TruLookup®'s advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TruLookup® holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CINC Agent has 796 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CINC Agent ships an update every 3 weeks, TruLookup® every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
