# Provision vs Avaya Cloud Office

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Avaya Cloud Office at 68% against Provision's 21%. Avaya Cloud Office also leads on rating (4.2 vs 2.9). Provision's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (454 vs 66). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Avaya Cloud Office holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Provision has 454 ratings behind it against 66, so its average is the more settled of the two.
