# Provision vs Mobile ZAC

The clearest difference is rating: Mobile ZAC at 4.0 against Provision's 2.9. Mobile ZAC also leads on review sentiment (59% vs 21%) and monetization model (free vs subscription). Provision's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (454 vs 49). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mobile ZAC holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Provision has 454 ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of Provision's written reviews are positive against 59% of Mobile ZAC's.

Provision ships an update fortnightly, Mobile ZAC every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
