# Provision vs MobileXRM

The clearest difference is rating: Provision at 2.9 against MobileXRM's 2.3. Provision also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (454 vs 45). MobileXRM's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Provision holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Provision has 454 ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of Provision's written reviews are positive against 23% of MobileXRM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Provision ships an update fortnightly, MobileXRM every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
