The clearest difference is review sentiment: x台鐵時刻表 at 100% against 雙鐵時刻表's 57%. x台鐵時刻表 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). 雙鐵時刻表's advantage is ratings volume (532 vs 4) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). Both are free to download. 雙鐵時刻表 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and x台鐵時刻表 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

雙鐵時刻表 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 雙鐵時刻表 has 532 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
