# LifePoint Tracker vs SessionKeeper

The clearest difference is update cadence: SessionKeeper at weekly against LifePoint Tracker's every 5 months. SessionKeeper also leads on ratings volume (84 vs 15). LifePoint Tracker's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LifePoint Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SessionKeeper sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for LifePoint Tracker against 4.8 for SessionKeeper. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SessionKeeper has 84 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

LifePoint Tracker ships an update every 5 months, SessionKeeper weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
