# Basketball Superstar vs Trumped

The clearest difference is update cadence: Trumped at every 9 days against Basketball Superstar's every 3 months. Basketball Superstar's advantage is ratings volume (142 vs 10) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Basketball Superstar sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Trumped sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Basketball Superstar against 4.6 for Trumped. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Basketball Superstar has 142 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Basketball Superstar's written reviews are positive against 83% of Trumped's.

Basketball Superstar ships an update every 3 months, Trumped every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
