# EGYPTAIR vs Emirates

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Emirates at 56% against EGYPTAIR's 10%. Emirates also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.1) and ratings volume (9.8K vs 267). EGYPTAIR's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Emirates holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Emirates has 9.8K ratings behind it against 267, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 10% of EGYPTAIR's written reviews are positive against 56% of Emirates's.

EGYPTAIR ships an update every 6 weeks, Emirates every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
