# Neue Clock vs Premium Clock Collection

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Neue Clock at 100% against Premium Clock Collection's 38%. Neue Clock also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (7.1 vs 13). Premium Clock Collection's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (56 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Premium Clock Collection sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Neue Clock asks for nothing beyond the download.

Premium Clock Collection holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Premium Clock Collection has 56 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Neue Clock's written reviews are positive against 38% of Premium Clock Collection's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 23 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
