# 36氪 vs 读特

The clearest difference is ads: 36氪 at none against 读特's shown. 36氪 also leads on ratings volume (235 vs 10) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). 读特's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 72%) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

读特 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 36氪 has 235 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of 36氪's written reviews are positive against 100% of 读特's.

36氪 ships an update monthly, 读特 fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
