# 掌上西贝 vs Cnbeta

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 掌上西贝 at none against Cnbeta's 1. 掌上西贝 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.0). Cnbeta's advantage is ratings volume (40 vs 1) and device support. On price and review sentiment there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cnbeta sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 掌上西贝 asks for nothing beyond the download.

掌上西贝 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cnbeta has 40 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of 掌上西贝's written reviews are positive against 93% of Cnbeta's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
