# Pente Live vs Chouette

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Chouette at 100% against Pente Live's 50%. Chouette also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.3). Pente Live's advantage is ratings volume (340 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pente Live sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and Chouette sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
