# Gas Pipe Sizing Calculator vs Generac Field Pro

The clearest difference is price: Generac Field Pro at Free against Gas Pipe Sizing Calculator's $1.99. Generac Field Pro also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (28 vs 4). Gas Pipe Sizing Calculator's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 2.9) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Gas Pipe Sizing Calculator holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Generac Field Pro has 28 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Gas Pipe Sizing Calculator's written reviews are positive against 20% of Generac Field Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
