# UDE Lite vs BerlinCaseViewer

The clearest difference is rating: UDE Lite at 5.0 against BerlinCaseViewer's 4.6. BerlinCaseViewer's advantage is ratings volume (18 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UDE Lite sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month and BerlinCaseViewer sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

UDE Lite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BerlinCaseViewer has 18 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
