# Carpark Rates vs Singabus

The clearest difference is rating: Singabus at 4.7 against Carpark Rates's 3.9. Singabus also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (527 vs 7). Carpark Rates's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Singabus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Carpark Rates asks for nothing beyond the download.

Singabus holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Singabus has 527 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Carpark Rates's written reviews are positive against 60% of Singabus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Carpark Rates ships an update every 4 months, Singabus every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
