# Blackjack 21 vs Blackjack ∙

The clearest difference is ads: Blackjack 21 at none against Blackjack ∙'s shown. Blackjack ∙'s advantage is ratings volume (50K vs 5.7K) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blackjack 21 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Blackjack ∙ sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Blackjack 21 against 4.7 for Blackjack ∙. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blackjack ∙ has 50K ratings behind it against 5.7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 55% of Blackjack 21's written reviews are positive against 56% of Blackjack ∙'s.

Blackjack 21 ships an update fortnightly, Blackjack ∙ every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
