# SikaColor vs Sherwin

The clearest difference is ads: Sherwin at none against SikaColor's shown. Sherwin also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 1). SikaColor's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SikaColor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sherwin has 14K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
