# BlackBerry AtHoc vs NTEU

The clearest difference is rating: BlackBerry AtHoc at 2.6 against NTEU's 2.2. BlackBerry AtHoc also leads on ratings volume (74 vs 11). NTEU's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 19%) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BlackBerry AtHoc holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BlackBerry AtHoc has 74 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of BlackBerry AtHoc's written reviews are positive against 33% of NTEU's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BlackBerry AtHoc ships an update every 2 months, NTEU every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
