# Rev vs AppSense

The clearest difference is update cadence: AppSense at every 2 days against Rev's every 3 weeks. Rev's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rev sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and AppSense sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rev ships an update every 3 weeks, AppSense every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
