# 12Calendar vs One Touch Alarm Clock

The clearest difference is rating: One Touch Alarm Clock at 4.5 against 12Calendar's 3.2. One Touch Alarm Clock also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (11K vs 11). 12Calendar's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 12Calendar sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. One Touch Alarm Clock asks for nothing beyond the download.

One Touch Alarm Clock holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: One Touch Alarm Clock has 11K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of 12Calendar's written reviews are positive against 53% of One Touch Alarm Clock's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

12Calendar ships an update every 3 months, One Touch Alarm Clock every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
