# Xactimate vs GroundUp

The clearest difference is review sentiment: GroundUp at 100% against Xactimate's 50%. GroundUp also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Xactimate's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (8.3K vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
