# Irigo vs Yélo

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Irigo at 56% against Yélo's 13%. Yélo's advantage is rating (2.3 vs 1.7). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yélo holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Irigo's written reviews are positive against 13% of Yélo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Irigo ships an update every 5 weeks, Yélo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
